About Us - WNYhelpnet.ORG

WNYHelpNet is an initiative of the P² Collaborative of Western New York. It is an electronic directory of health and community resources available to residents in the eight (8) counties of Western New York inclusive of Allegany, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming.

This web-based directory is a region-wide effort to educate individuals to the community resources available and reduce access barriers to services. The site is open to community organizations and to the public. There is no fee or charge associated with use of the site.

The P² Collaborative of Western New York is dedicated to improving the health of the people in Western New York. To accomplish this, P² leads the development of multi-stakeholder partnerships and collaborations to efficiently coordinate resources for education, prevention and intervention.
