About Us

WNYhelpnet.org is a program of the WNY Public Health Alliance, Inc. It is an online directory of medical, healthcare coverage and senior and long-term care services that provides information about free or reduced cost services for individuals in need. The directory includes services provided throughout western New York in the counties of Allegany, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming.

 

This web-based directory is a region-wide effort to reduce access barriers to services for those lack health insurance or ability to pay. The site is open to community organizations and to the public. There is no fee or charge associated with use of the site.

 

The WNY Public Health Alliance, Inc. is dedicated to improving the health, safety and wellness of the eight county western New York region,  by leading the development of public and private partnerships and collaborations to efficiently coordinate resources for public health surveillance, education, prevention and intervention.
